Innovators of polyester since 1967:
Quintessentially Kiwi in our humble beginnings, our parent company Autex was founded in 1967 over a beer and a handshake at the Station Hotel pub. With hard work and a handful of Kiwi ingenuity, the modest four-man operation outgrew its cramped Grey Lynn factory to become a major player in New Zealand – eventually expanding into overseas markets. The Greenstuf product range was born in 1989 and we’ve been innovating ever since. GreenStuf is still proudly New Zealand owned and operated.
From the first punch of the needle in that small Grey Lynn factory, we have always valued integrity in quality and design. Manufacturing in Hobsonville–allows us complete control over the design and construction of all GreenStuf products ensuring a high level of quality and performance. Our vision to build a healthier Aotearoa now and for generations to come inspires us to create products that are safe for kiwis and the environment.
